Item permissions by site
Permissions at site level can be defined with the help of the By
Site attribute using the Item Permissions (tcsec3635m000) session. Permissions can be granted for a range of sites or for the site of the
employee. After applying the permissions, you can review the active permissions in the Employee Document Permissions (tcsec2600m000) session.
Permissions By Site must be applied to all components that hold or make use of an Item - Site combination:
- Item - General
- Item - Ordering
- Item - Production
- Item - Sales
- Item - Purchase
- Item - Service
Site permissions are applicable for these domains:
- Project
- Order Management
- Planning and Production
- Service
- Logistics
