Export process

Using the Export Authorization and Security (tcsec1200m300) session, you can export the authorization and security data using an XML file. You can specify the kind of data you can export such as Master Data, Permissions, Employee Permissions, or a combination. You can also select a range of specific Authorization and Security data objects to be exported.

An export is only allowed in these conditions:

In the Authorization and Security Parameters (tcsec0100m000) session, Authorization and Security Enabled check box must be selected in the company.
The Authorization Definition in Company in the Authorization and Security Parameters (tcsec0100m000)session must be the same company as the export session is started from. If the export is started from another company, the session does not start.
