Attendance Plan (bpxtm2100m000)

Use session to view, create, and maintain the attendance plan data for an employee.

Field Information

Employee

The code of the employee.

Name

The name of the employee.

Department

The code of the department.

Note: The value in this field is defaulted from the Department field in the Employees (tccom0501m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Working

Click Working to apply the filter to view the attendance plan data for the working day type. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Nonworking

Click Nonworking to apply the filter to view the attendance plan data for the non-working day type. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Absence

Click Absence to apply the filter to view the attendance plan data for the absence day type. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Range

If this check box is selected, a value can be specified for Year and Period.

Year

The From and To fields define a range of: years.

Note: 
  • These fields are enabled only if the Range check box is selected.
  • These fields are disabled if the Current check box is selected.
Apply Filter

Applies the selected filter conditions and displays the attendance plan data accordingly.

Current

If this check box is selected, the current date is displayed.

Period

The From and To fields define a range of: time periods.

Note: 
  • These fields are enabled only if the Range check box is selected.
  • These fields are disabled if the Current check box is selected.
Show All

Displays the attendance plan data irrespective of the applied filters.

Date

The date on which the attendance plan is created.

Employee Group

The code of the employee group to which the employee is linked.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Day Type

The code of the day type.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Color Coding

The color code used for the specific day type.

Absence

The number of hours that is considered as absence time for the selected day.

Manual

Indicates if the data is created manually. Any new entry or modification by the employee can be indicated as manual.

Firm Planned

If this check box is selected, any exception to the attendance plan data for an employee which is decided by the firm is indicated.

Note: This data cannot be modified after generating the attendance plan.
Creation Date

The date on which the attendance plan is created.

Created by

The user who creates the attendance plan.

Last Modification Date

The date and time when the attendance plan is last modified.

Last Modified by

The user who last modifies the attendance plan data.
