Mapping Table for Order Numbers (bcmtc1123m000)
Use this session to define ERP LN 6.1 Order Numbers for MANMAN Purchase-, Sales- and Work Orders.
Preparation
Before you can use this session, Order Numbers from MANMAN/HP must be loaded into this table.
Execution
In case production data are migrated, execution of this session is mandatory.
Process Logic
In MANMAN/HP, sales-, purchase and work orders can be stored in 10 characters, as in ERP LN 6.1 only 9 characters are allowed. This session offers the possibility to define for every MANMAN/HP order an ERP LN 6.1 counterpart. To facilitate the entry of ERP LN 6.1 Order Numbers, the specific command “Generate Default Order Numbers” can be used. The option “Validate” must be run before continuing the migration process. When a Sales– or Purchase Order is marked use the specific command "Lines".
