Mapping Table for Contacts (bcmtc1116m000)
Use this session to create Contact Codes from the Vendor Contact Detail File (VNDDB.CONTFIL)
Process logic
From the master/detail file VNDDB.CONTFIL a contact needs to be created and a record for this is created in the Mapping Table for Contacts. The new contact codes are generated with the contact prefix “MM”. The content of the records can be maintained for the fields Contact Code, Contact Name and ERP LN 6.1 Telephone Number. As multiple records can exist for each Vendor a serial number is used to avoid duplicates. With the generate defaults the ERP LN 6.1 Telephone Number will be filled based on the Telephone Number field.
Restart
When you will restart the session by Generate Defaults the ERP LN 6.1 Telephone Number will be filled based on the Telephone Number field.
