Copy From Another Company (bcgct8283m000)

Use this session to copy the table related data for the currently selected batch code. The data will be copied from the company number and batch code specified.

Once the table related data copy process is over, the Process completed message box is shown.

Preparation

Before you can use this session, the Maintain Batch Codes (bcgct8188m000) session should be running. The Copy From Another Company (bcgct8283m000) session can be invoked from the Specific menu of Maintain Batch Codes session.

Note:

If the Tables by Batches (bcgct8189m000) session already consists of table related data for the currently selected batch code, a message box with the message Do you want to delete the existing methods and generate afresh? will be shown. The message box provides the following buttons:

Append: To add the copied data to the existing data in Tables by Batches (bcgct8189m000) session.
Overwrite: To delete the existing data and to store only the copied data in Tables by Batches (bcgct8189m000) session.
Cancel: To cancel the action.

Copy Data From Company: Use this field to specify the company number from which the table related data need to be copied.
Batch Code: Use this field to specify the batch code from where the table related data need to be copied.
