Configuring the default values in Depot Repair mobile application

  1. Click Menu in the homepage toolbar.
  2. Select Settings. The Settings screen is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Company
    The default company code for which work orders are displayed.
    Note: The list of companies is retrieved from the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session in Infor LN.
    Operation Departments
    The Operation Department(s) for which the work orders are displayed.
    Note: 
    • The list of operation departments displayed are retrieved from the tsmdm1100m000 session in Infor LN. You can use the Search bar to retrieve the required operation department.
    • The Only show work orders assigned to me option must be enabled or Operation Departments/Work Centers must be selected. By default Only show work orders assigned to me option is enabled. The work orders are filtered if user selects the operation departments.
    Work Centers

    The work center(s) for which the activities of the work order are displayed.

    Note: 
    • The list of work centers displayed are retrieved from the tsmdm1100m000 session in Infor LN. You can use the Search bar to retrieve the required work center.
    • The Only show work orders assigned to me option must be enabled or Work Centers/Operation Departments must be selected. By default Only show work orders assigned to me option is enabled. The activities are filtered if the user selects the work centers.
    Display Period

    The period for which work orders are displayed. Possible values:

    • Day
    • Week
    • Month
    Camera image quality

    This option enables a user to select the resolution of the images. The default resolution of images or videos of attachments that are captured can be:

    • Low
    • Medium
    • High
    Note: 
    • Camera image quality option is only applicable for uploading the attachments to IDM.
    • By default, the value in this field is set to Low. However, you can modify the value.
    Passcode Settings

    This option allows a user to set a pin for the application.

    • On (Enabled)
    • Off (Disabled)
    Note: 
    • If you select the Passcode settings option, Security Settings screen is displayed.
    • You can click Change PIN to change the pin of the application.
    • To set the pin, select the Require PIN option, the mobile app requires the pin after the specified time. By default, the specified time within which the pin must be provided is set to one minute. The user can modify the specified time.
    • You can select the Allow biometric authentication check box to use a fingerprint or a pin.
    • If the Erase the Data check box is selected, all the data in the application is cleared after 10 incorrect pin attempts.
    Offline mode
    If this option is enabled, the user can use the app in offline mode.
    Note: 

    To select the offline mode, user requires to setup a passcode. The specified or modified data in the receipts cannot be synchronised when offline mode is enabled. The offline mode must be disabled to synchronise the data.

    If the user disables the offline mode after using the app in offline mode, the One or more data entries are not synchronized with backend. Do you want to sync? is displayed. The user can select one of these options to synchronize or discard the offline changes in the app:
    • Sync to server
    • Discard and proceed
    • Dismiss
    Debug Mode
    Indicates the status of the debug mode for the app. Possible options:
    • On (Enabled)
    • Off (Disabled)
    Note: If the debug mode is enabled, a debug report along with log can be shared by selecting Stop debug and send log.
    Diagnostics and Analytics

    Indicates the status of Diagnostics and Analytics for the app, Possible values:

    • On (Enabled)
    • Off (Disabled)
    Note: Enabling the Diagnostics and Analytics option will send a crash log, report if the app crashes. The status on which device the app is installed, user data can also be sent if its enabled.
