Creating or Updating Inspection details in Depot Repair application

  1. Select the work order from the list. The Activity list screen is displayed.
  2. Select the required activity.
  3. Select the Inspections screen. The list of inspections is displayed.
  4. Click Add to create a new Inspection.
  5. Specify this information:
    Work Order/Activity Line
    The work order number and activity number.
    Activity Status
    The status of the activity. Possible values:
    • Released
    • Completed
    • Signed-Off
    • Transferred
    • Closed
    Line Status
    The status of the selected inspection lines. Possible values:
    • Free
    • Measured
    • Not Measured
    • Not Applicable
    Inspection Line
    The details of a specific inspection.
    Item
    The name or code of the item.
    Measurement Type
    The code of the measurement type. Possible values:
    • Counter
    • Condition based Numeric
    • Condition based Alpha Numeric
    Position
    The position identification of the place where the item to be measured is located.
    Measured Value Numeric
    The numerical value for the measurement of an item.
    Measured Value Alpha Numeric
    The alpha numerical value for the measurement of an item.
    Measured On
    The date and time when the item have been measured.
    Previous Value
    The former measured value of the same item.
    Text
    The additional information related to the inspection.
    Checked-Off
    If this check box is selected, the inspection line is disabled and cannot be modified.
  6. Click CHECK-OFF to check off the Inspection details.
  7. Click Save.
    Note: You can click on any item in the list to view or edit the inspection.
