Reason for SK Technical revaluation

A special reason must be set up to specify SK Technical revaluation (and differentiate it from a possible value increase).

A SK evaluation field is added in the Reasons (tffam6550m000) session. This field must be activated for a Reason that is used only for SK Technical revaluation.
