Overview

Infor LN allows the user to keep a VAT register containing the data that is used to prepare a tax declaration. The two types of VAT register are:

• VAT sales register
• VAT purchase register

A record in the register must contain these information:

• The invoice number
• The invoice receipt date in the case of purchase
• The sales date in the case of sales
• The tax ID of the supplier/customer and his address (optionally)
• The invoice net value in home currency
• The tax rate
• The tax amount in home currency
• The gross amount
