Call-off stock

To create the call-off stock transactions, the Call-Off Stock check box must be selected in the Data Modeling section of the Intrastat Declaration (lpita3670m000) and the Intrastat Transaction (lpita3160m100) sessions. When the Call-Off Stock is selected, you must specify data in these fields in the Call-Off Stock Data:

• Operation Type (1 - Goods Transfer, 2 - Transfer Cancellation, 3 - Re-transfer)
• Consignee Business Partner (optional)
• Consignee Country (mandatory)
• Consignee Identification Number (mandatory)

These fields are applicable only if the Operation Type is set to 3 - Re-transfer:

• New Consignee Business Partner (optional)
• New Consignee Country (mandatory)
• New Consignee Identification Number (mandatory)

You can view the declaration data for call-off stock (section 5) in the Intrastat Declaration Section 5 (lpita3180m500) session. You can also view this data on the Call-Off Stock Section tab in the Intrastat Declaration (lpita3670m000) session and all the declaration lines are displayed on the Declaration Summary tab.
