CI flow to eInvoicing - type 12

To use the eInvoicing on CI for Colombia invoice type 12 (refer to DIAN documentation), it is required to execute this preparation step:

Configure the items concerning RNDC Eligibility in the Item Localization Data (lpcol0116m000) session.

Note: This table or session must be used in the future to be extended for other Colombia localization Item’s features.

RNDC Transportation data is mandatory data in Colombia. The xml file is not validated if this information is not specified. Invoice is type 12 when at least one item configured as RNDC Registered, exists (RNDC Eligibility check box is selected for the item in the Item Localization Data (lpcol0116m000) session).

In this scenario, the normal eInvoicing flow can be followed and the user can maintain RNDC data in the Invoice Line Data (lpcol2143m000) session. This session can be accessed using the Invoice Line Data option in the window that is displayed when you select Localization Data option from the References menu in the Invoice Lines (cisli3110m000) session.

Note: The maintenance of the RNDC data is allowed only before Submitting to External System.
