Print Journal Book
It is a book in which all the operations resulting from the economic events occurring in
a period not exceeding one month are recorded day by day. The entries made in this book are a
transfer of the information contained in the accounting vouchers, which in turn must be
supported by the documents that justify them.
Fields:
- Financial Company: The field is informational only, it shows the current financial company where the report is generated.
- Fiscal Year: Applicable year for the report. Goes to the Fiscal Years (tfgld0556m000) session.
- Fiscal Period: Range of the period for the report. Goes to the Periods (tfgld0105m000) session.
- Ledger Account: Range for the general ledger account. Goes to the Chart of Accounts (tfgld0508m000) session.
- Sublevel: Sublevel corresponding to the general ledger accounts.
- Transaction Type: Range for transaction types. Goes to the Transaction Types (tfgld0511m000) session.
- Document: Range for the document number. Goes to Document History (tfgld1504m000) session.
- Report Date: Date of report printing.
- Detailed Report: When this option is selected, the system prints the detailed report. When it is not, it prints the summary report.
- Print Text: If this check box is selected, the application prints the related text.
