Withholdings by Invoice Line
In Colombia localization, the withholdings at the Invoice are recorded by Invoice Line.
This is created by the order lines. This design is required because DIAN states that the
Withholdings in Colombia must be informed by each invoice line.
The withholdings at the times of orders are meant to be a snapshot of the configurations required to calculate the Withholdings.
When the invoice process is performed, this data is used to calculate the Withholdings and store in specific table.
