Withholding Certificates Configuration
This corresponds to the definition of the necessary data to be printed in the Withholding
Certificates from the ERP.

Fields:
- Withholding Type: Classification of the type of withholding for the certificate (Withholding at Source, VAT withholding, ICA withholding).
- Country: the Country code where the certificate is issued.
- State/Province: the State/Province code where the certificate is issued.
- City: The city code where the certificate is issued.
- Certified Description: The text corresponding to the autographed signature is placed in this field.
- Tax Administration: The entity that controls the tax in question.
- Tax Address: The entity that controls the tax in question.
- Municipality: Name of the municipality
- Department: Name of the department
