Transactions Types – Fiscal Data Colombia
Session in which the types of transactions that require the online application of
withholdings and which will impact the LN standard are defined, this according to the
Colombian accounting system that operates by Causation, which implies the calculation of taxes
in the registration of; Invoices and credit notes of Purchase and Sale, as well as in journal
entries (reclassifications of withholdings).
Fields:
- Transaction type: Code and description of the transactions created in the standard and requiring withholding calculation.
- Calculate location: Checked if the type of transaction requires tax calculation.
- Withholding code Balance line: This option operates for journal entries, where a fixed withholding code can be defined, in the Balance line of the document or last record line for taxes on purchases.
- Withholding Code All Lines: This option operates for journal entries, where you can define a fixed withholding code for all lines of the document or record for purchase taxes.
