Print General Ledger Transactions
This session only prints completed transactions.
Fields:
- Financial Company: Field displays the current financial company where the report is generated.
- Year/Period: Year and period range, applicable for the report.
- Ledger Account: Range for the accounting account. Zoom to Chart of Accounts (tfgld0508m000) session.
- Transaction Type: Range for transaction types. Zoom to the Transaction types (tfgld0511m000) session.
- DocumentDocument: Range for the document number. Zoom to Document History (tfgld1504m000) session.
- Statutory: Selecting this option prints statutory chart of accounts records.
- Complementary: Selecting this option prints supplementary chart of accounts records.
- Both: The information recorded in the statutory and complementary chart of accounts is printed.
- Totals by Period: If this check box is selected, LN calculates the total amounts for each period.
- Print Text: If this check box is selected, LN prints the related text.
