Infor Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)

LN CE can now be integrated with Infor GRC Authorizations Insight (AI).

Infor GRC is a risk and compliance solution that provides you with the ability to continuously monitor your business processes and automatically identify exceptions and control breakdowns in key application systems. Infor GRC locates and corrects issues immediately, reduces potential business risks, and increases operational efficiency. Infor GRC also helps to automate audit processes and reduce the cost of audit compliance.

The integration process starts when LN CE publishes the Sync.SecurityRoleMaster and Sync.SecurityPermissionMaster security BODs, which contain information about the roles and session authorizations from the AMS module in LN CE. These BODs are sent to the IFS component in Infor Ming.le so they can be assigned to users in IFS. The BODs are also sent to the Data Lake through ION.

The Data Lake streams the required data for consumption and processing based on the subscription set up for Infor GRC. Infor GRC then reads the stream and processes the data.

Infor GRC can provide compliant user-access provisioning, to help you prevent Segregation of Duty violations in your applications. When user provisioning or assignment changes are initiated through Infor GRC, the Process.SecurityUserMaster BOD is published. This BOD is then consumed by IFS to update its user data with the requested changes.

Infor HR Talent

LN CE can now be integrated with Infor HR Talent

HR Talent is often the core application for your organization and employee system of record resource data.

Using the HR Talent application, you define structure, employees, and jobs for comprehensive personnel administration.
