PLM item enhancements

These enhancements have been made for PLM Items:

• A new function has been added to replace an item in the BOM.
• A weight roll-up is now performed, so assemblies have a calculated weight from the lower levels.
• Filtering is now on effective revision.
• More information is provided regarding the Lifecycle field to inform the user about vault operations and whether the item has been sent to production.
