Sales Order details screen

The Sales Order details screen includes this information:

  • Order Number: A unique number assigned to each new customer order.
  • Sales Office: A department that is identified in the company business model to manage the business partner’s sales relations.
  • Status: The status of the sales order. Possible values:
    • Free
    • Approved
    • In Process
    • Closed.
  • Sold-to Business Partner: The business partner who orders goods or services from the organization.
  • Customer Order Number: The number the sold-to business partner assigned to the order.
  • Ship-to Business Partner: The business partner to whom you ship the ordered goods.
  • Order Amount: The total amount for the order. This is a cumulative value of all the sales order line amount after the discounts.
  • Installments: Indicates whether the order has linked installments.
  • Order Amount: The sales order's total order amount.
  • Lines: The total order lines for the sales order.
