Customers

You can use the Customers screen to view the list of customers (Customer List) for a related account manager. The related LN session is Customers 360 (tdsmi1500m000).

You can view these tab details by selecting a specific customer:

  • Details of customer: Displays the detailed information about the customer (Customer details screen) in the Business Partner (tccom4100s000) session, in LN. Select a BP from the Customer 360 (tdsmi1500m000) session to access the Business Partner (tccom4100s000) session.

    You can use the Edit icon to modify these customer details:

    • Address: Select an existing address from the Addresses or create new address (Adding Address).
    • Primary Contact: Select a contact from list of contacts of that sold-to business partner or add a new contact. While adding a new contact, it prompts to make the new contact as primary or just add it as another contact to that customer (Adding the Contact).
    • Website
  • Opportunities: Displays the list of opportunities (Opportunity List), and by selecting a specific list item navigates to the opportunity details screen (Opportunity details screen). The related LN session for the opportunity details is Opportunities (tdsmi1110m000) session.
  • Quotes: Displays the list of Sales Quotes (Sales Quote List), and by selecting a specific quote navigates to these tabs:

    Select the quote line from the list to view the details (Sales Quote details screen).

    The related LN session for the sales quotes is Quotations (tdsls1600m000) and for the sales quote lines is Sales Quotation Lines (tdsls1501m000) session.

  • Orders: Displays the list of Sales Orders (Sales Order List), and by selecting a specific order navigates to these tabs:

    Select the order line from the list to view the details (Sales Order details screen).

    The related LN session for the sales orders is Sales Orders (tdsls4100m000) and for the sales order lines is Sales Order Lines (tdsls4101m000) session.

  • Project Contracts: Displays the list of Contracts (Project Contract List). Select a contract to view the Contract Details screen. The contract details screen comprises of these three tabs:

    The related Infor LN session is Contract 360 (tpctm1300m000) session in Infor LN.

  • Calls: Displays the list of Calls (Call List). Select a call to view the details (Call Details) The related Infor LN session for the calls is Service Calls (tsclm1509m000) session.
  • Service Orders: Displays the list of Service Orders (Customer Service Order List). Select a service order to view the Service Order Details screen. The details screen comprises of these two tabs:

    The related Infor LN session for the Service order is Service orders (tsmsc1100m000) session.

  • Maintenance Sales Orders: Displays the list of Maintenance Sales Orders (Maintenance Sales Orders List). Select the order to view the details. The details screen comprises of these six tabs:

    The related Infor LN session for the Maintenance Sales order is Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) session.

  • Claims: Displays list of Claims (Claim List). Select the claim to view the claim details. The details screen comprises of these two tabs:
  • Invoices: Displays the list of invoices (Invoices List), in the Accounts Receivable (tfacr2520m000) session. You can select a specific invoice to view the details screen (Invoice details screen).
    Note: All the details in the tabs are specific to the customer.
