Activity details screen

The Appointment/Call activity details screen includes this information:

  • Subject: The subject of an appointment/call.
  • Location: The location of an appointment.
  • Activity Code: The code of an appointment/call.
  • Status: The status of the appointment/call. Possible values are:
    • Planned
    • Held
    • Not Held
  • Start Date and Time: The date and time on which the appointment/call is started.
  • End Date and Time: The date and time on which the appointment is ended.
  • Reminder: If this check box is selected, a reminder is set for the appointment/call.
  • Reminder Time: The amount of time before the appointment/call that you want the reminder to appear.
  • Show Time As: An attendee's availability status during the time period of the appointment /call. Possible values are:
    • Free
    • Busy
    • Tentativs
    • Out of Office.
  • Reference BP: A business reference is a recommendation provided on behalf of a client, vendor, or other business associate or contact.
  • Attachments: You can view or add attachments. You can capture image/video or select existing image/video/any file.
    Note: 

    The added attachments can be viewed with “InforERPEnterpriseCommonActivity” context in Related Information Context app for LN in Infor OS by selecting an Appointment/Call in the Activities (tccom6100m000) session in LN.

The Task activity details screen includes this information:

  • Subject: The subject of a task.
  • Activity Code: The code of a task.
  • Priority: The priority allocated to the task.
  • Status: The status of the task. Possible values are
    • Not Started
    • In Process
    • Deferred
    • Completed
    • Waiting on Someone Else

  • Start Date & Time: The date and time on which the task is started.
  • Due Date & Time: The date and time on which the task is ended.
  • Reminder: If this check box is selected, you can set a reminder to follow up on the task.
  • Reminder Date & Time: The date and time on which a user is reminded about following up on the task.
  • Assigned To: The sales representative to whom the task is assigned.
  • Owner: The employee who is the task owner and is responsible for execution of the task Click on the look up icon to pick a different owner while creating a new Task.
  • Reference BP: A business reference is a recommendation provided on behalf of a client, vendor, or other business associate or contact.
  • Information: The details about the task.
  • Attachments: You can view or add attachments. You can capture image/video or select existing image/video/any file.
