Adding an Opportunity
To add a new opportunity:
- Select Opportunities from the Home screen or Navigation Bar. The Opportunities list screen is displayed.
- Click Add to create new opportunities. The Opportunities details screen is displayed.

Specify this information:
- Description
- The description of the opportunity.
- Information
- The information related to the opportunity.
- Status
- The status of the opportunity. Possible
values:
- Preliminary
- In Process
- Dead.
- Sales Process
- The code of the sales process for the opportunity.
- Sold-to BP
- The name of the sold-to- business partner.
- Assigned to
- The sales representative to whom the opportunity is assigned.
- First Contact
- The date on which the business partner is contacted for the first time.
- Expected Close Date
- The date by when the business partner is expected to decide on the opportunity.
- Phase
- The phase in the sales process for which the opportunity is
made. Possible options:
- Analysis
- Finalize
- Proposal
- Negotiate
- Sales Office
- The sales office responsible for sales to the sold-to business partner.
- Include in Forecast
- Select this check box to include the Expected Revenue in the forecast.
- Expected Revenue
- The revenue that is expected from the opportunity.
- Attachments
- The documents linked to the opportunity. You can capture an image or a video to upload or select an existing image, video or any file.
- Click Save.
