Project Expenses

Use this screen to specify the overhead costs for the projects that you are associated with.

You can specify this information:

• Project: The code of the project for which expenses are specified.
  Note: You can also set the Project code by scanning the bar code, using the Scan icon.
• Element: The element linked to the specified project.
• Activity: The activity linked to the specified project.
• Extension: The code that identifies the extension linked to the specified project.
• Cost Type: This field is defaulted to Sundry costs and disabled in app.
• Expense: The expense of the project. This field is defaulted from the Expense field in the People User Profiles (bpmdm0102m000) session. You can select the Sundry Cost from the Sundry costs (tppdm0514m000) and the Project from the Project sundry costs (tppdm6514m000) session.
• Quantity: The number of units.
• Unit: unit of measure for selected quantity. This field is defaulted with unit of selected sundry cost from the Sundry costs (tppdm0514m000) session or Project sundry costs (tppdm6514m000) session.
• Price: The per unit price. This field is defaulted with unit of selected sundry cost from the Sundry costs (tppdm0514m000) session or Project sundry costs (tppdm6514m000) session.
• Currency: This field is defaulted with currency of selected sundry cost from the Sundry costs (tppdm0514m000) session or Project sundry costs (tppdm6514m000) session.
• Amount: The total expense amount for this entry.
• Registration Date: The date of registering expense, that an employee spends on a specific project or activity.
• Attachments: The image/video that is attached to each log. You can capture an image/video or select an existing image/video.
  Note: When you select a record in the General Hours (bptmm1111m200) session, the attachment related to the general expenses is displayed in the Related Information context app for LN in Infor OS.
• Notes: A short description providing additional information.
