Configuring the Customer 360 app

To configure the customer 360 app:

  1. Click on the hamburger () option.
  2. Select Settings. The Settings screen is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Company
    The company code. This value is defaulted from the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. You can modify the field, if required, by selecting a value from the list of companies.
    Financial Company
    The financial company code. This value is defaulted from the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. You can modify the field by selecting a value from list of financial companies. Customer Invoices are retrieved based on the selected financial company.
    Show data range
    The date range for which the customer data is retrieved and displayed. By default, the date range is set to the current week.
    Include backlog
    Indicates the number of months from the selected From Date, for which the backlog data must be retrieved. By default, the value is set to 0.
    Note: The data displayed in the application is filtered based on the filter criteria that is set (Data Filtering Criteria).
    Enable Location Tracking
    Indicates that the user is allowed to report the location. Possible values:
    • On (Enabled)
    • Off (Disabled)
    Debug Mode
    Indicates the status of the debug mode for the application. Possible values:
    • On (Enabled)
    • Off (Disabled)
    Diagnostics & Analytics
    Indicates if the user is allowed to send the application failure (crash) reports. Possible values:
    • On (Enabled)
    • Off (Disabled)
  4. Click Save/Tick icon.
