Adding a Note

To add a new Note:
  1. Click Add on the Notes tab to create a new note. The Note screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Subject
    A short description of the note.
    Information
    The information related to the note.
    Contact
    The contact for whom the note is created.
    Activity
    The activity that is performed.
    Business Partner
    The business partner for whom note is created.
  3. Click Save.
