Configuring the Call Request app

To configure the Call Requests app:

  1. Click and select Settings.
  2. Specify these details:
    Company
    The company code. This value is defaulted from the LN user data.
    Sold to BP
    The business partner who orders goods or services from an organization.
    Priority Data Setup
    Set the priority for the Call request based on which the call requests displayed in the mobile app are classified. You can prioritize the call request as:
    • High Priority
    • Medium Priority
    Show Message Submit service requests
    Set this option to display the confirmation message for submitting the call request.
    Camera image quality
    Set the quality of the image that is captured to the call request. The possible options are:
    • Low
    • Medium
    • High
