Project Hours

Use this screen to specify the hours required for the task related to the project activity.
Note: Projects are displayed only if the selected week is after the Start Date and prior to the Finish Date of the Project.
You can specify this information:
  • Project: The code of the project for which hours are logged.
    Note: You can also set the Project code by scanning the bar code, using the Scan icon.
  • Element: The element linked to the specified project.
  • Activity: The activity linked to the specified project.
  • Extension: The code that identifies the extension linked to the specified project.
  • Task: The task that must be performed for the specified project.
  • Labor Type: The classification of work performed for the task. The time of day when the work is performed (normal working hours or overtime).
  • Day (s): The day(s) in the specified week for which the hours are registered.
  • Work Hours: The number of hours utilized for the activity or task.
  • Attachments: The image/video that is attached to each log. You can capture an image/video or select an existing image/video.
    Note: When you select a record in the Project Hours (bptmm1111m000) session, the attachment related to the Project Hours is displayed in the Related Information context app for LN in Infor OS.
  • Notes: A short description providing additional information.
  • Submitted: Indicates the project hours that are submitted by the manager or the user. You can click Submit option to submit the hours. If the project hour is submitted, you cannot modify the details.
    Note: This option is enabled only if the Submit Required check box is selected in the People Parameters (bpmdm0100m000) session.
  • Rejected: Indicates the project hours that are rejected by the manger or authorized users. You can click Reject option to reject the hours.
    Note: 
    • This option is enabled only if the Use Approval Authorization check box on the General tab and the Submit Required check box on the Process Labor Costs/Expenses tab, are selected in the People Parameters (bpmdm0100m000) session.
    • A reason must be specified to reject the project hours.
    • The rejected hours can be modified and submitted again.
