Adding the Contact

The user can modify the primary contact and add a new contact as a Primary Contact.

To add a new contact:

  1. Click the Primary Contact field. The existing Contacts screen is displayed.
  2. Click + on top. The New Contact screen is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Contact Name
    The name of the contact.
    Contact Image
    You can add the contact profile picture.
    Note: 

    The added image is saved as picture for that contact in the Contact (tccom1640m000) session in LN.

    Business Partner
    The contact's general business partner, which is the contact's employer. The Customer code is defaulted.
    Job Title
    The contact's job title.
    Department
    The contact's department.
    Address
    The contact's work address. The user can create new or select an existing address.
    Phone
    The contact's primary phone number.
    Email
    The contact's e-mail address.
  4. Click Save/Tick icon.
    Note: The newly created contact is added to the Contacts (tccom4540m000) session, in LN.
