Contacts

You can use this screen to view the list of primary contacts of all the sold-to business partners for a related account manager (Contact List). The related LN session for the contacts is Contacts (tccom4545m000) session.

You can view these details by selecting a specific contact:

• Details of the contact: Displays the detailed information about the contact (Contact details screen). The related LN session for the contacts is Contact (tccom1640m000) session.
  Note: You can use the Edit icon to modify the phone number, job title, and department details of that contact.
• Contact activities: Displays the list of Activities (Activity List), and by selecting a specific activity navigates to the details screen (Activity details screen). The related LN session for the activities is Activities (tccom6100m000) session.
• Contact opportunities: Displays the list of Opportunities (Opportunity List), and by selecting a specific opportunity navigates to the details screen (Opportunity details screen). The related LN session for the opportunities is Opportunities (tdsmi1110m000) session.
