Maintenance Notifications

Select Maintenance Notifications
from the Navigation Bar. The Notification list screen is
displayed.
Note:
- Only supervisor can use Ignore for now and Follow up under current order options.
- A user can select Show All or Show Open Notifications to view the required work orders.
- Click the ellipses to select My Team Notifications to view the individual notification.

Select the work order to edit or view the details of the notification.
Note: The notification details can be modified only for which the Status field is set to Free or Released.
- Select the required work order. The Notification details page is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Work Order/Activity Line
- The work order number and activity line number.
- Maintenance Notification
- The alphanumeric number.
- Status
- The status of the selected work order.
- Assigned to
- Select the Search option to assign the notification. You can also select the Assign To Me option to assign the notification.
- Notification Manager
- The description of the notification.
- Recommendation
- The recommendations applicable for the maintenance notification.
- Maintenance Trigger
- The code of the maintenance trigger set from which the notification is created.
- Follow up
- If this check box is selected, Follow-up Activity field is enabled and this field is required for the maintenance notification.
- Follow up Activity
- The reference activity to be performed as the follow-up
action for the maintenance notification.Note: This field is enabled only if the Follow up check box is selected.
- Text
- The additional text related to the maintenance notification.
- Measurement Type
- The code of the measurement type.
- Position
- The code of the position where the order is located.

Click the Ellipses to select
Ignore for now or Follow up under Current Order option for
individual notification.
Note: These options are enabled only if the Status field is set to Free or Released.
- Click Save.
