Using the Inventory stats and filters in the Planned Inventory Transactions - Graphical View (whinp1300m000) session
The tile statistics in the Inventory group box show information about the item specified in the Item field in the Filter group box or the item related to the planned inventory transaction selected in the lines section of the session. Each tile in the Inventory group box is used as a statistic and as a filter, and is provided with a counting field and a check box.
To activate a filter, select the check box or click on the statistic.
The Inventory group box includes these statistic and filter combinations:
- On Hand
This stat shows the current inventory on hand.
- Receipt Overdue
Shows the total quantity that should have been received but have not been received today. The quantity is determined by aggregating the planned quantities of the planned inventory transactions with transaction type receipt and the date before today.
If the period type in the Settings (whinp1300m100) session is set to hours, the current hour is taken as the starting point. For all other period types, the starting point is today.
- Incoming Today
Shows the total quantity that is to be received today.
This quantity is determined by taking the sum of the planned quantity of the planned inventory transactions with transaction type receipt and the date of today. - Incoming Tomorrow
Shows the total quantity that is to be received tomorrow.
The quantity is determined by taking the sum of the planned quantity of the planned inventory transactions with transaction type receipt and the date of tomorrow.
- Outgoing Today
Shows the total quantity that is to be issued today.
The quantity is determined by aggregating the planned quantities of the planned inventory transactions with transaction type issue and the date of today.
- Confirmed Today
Shows the total quantity to be received today and for which an ASN line exists.
The quantity is determined by aggregating the planned quantities of the planned inventory transactions with transaction type receipt and the date of today, for which an ASN line exists.
The items that match the activated filter may also match other filters. The number of matching items is displayed in the counting fields of the other filters.
Example
1000 items ABC are present in warehouses WH1, WH2, and WH3.
30 items ABC are incoming tomorrow and for 50 items ABC, the receipt is overdue.
If you specify item ABC in the Item field in the Filter group box, the counting field of the Incoming Tomorrow tile shows quantity 30 and the Receipt Overdue tile shows quantity 50.
The lines section of the session shows the planned inventory transactions related to item ABC.
If you then click the Receipt Overdue button, the planned inventory transactions related to the 50 overdue items are displayed in the lines section of the session.
If you select a planned transaction line in the lines section, the corresponding item information is displayed in the doughnut graph and the inventory monitor graph.
