The most recent date on which the excess inventory was calculated.

The excess inventory available on the order date.

The inventory on hand for projects.

Company Owned Inventory On Hand

The inventory on hand for projects, which is company owned.

Consignment Inventory on Hand

The inventory on hand for projects, which is consigned.

Customer Owned Inventory on Hand

The inventory on hand for projects, which is customer owned.

Company Owned Inventory on Order

The inventory on order for projects, which is company owned.

Consignment Inventory on Order

The inventory on order for projects, which is consigned.

Inventory in Transit

The total inventory in transit of the item for the current warehouse. In-transit inventory is inventory listed on transfer orders that is issued from the ship-from warehouses but that is not yet received in the current warehouse.

The quantity in transit is expressed in the inventory unit.

If a transfer between two warehouses has been issued but not yet received, the quantity in transit is increased. If a transfer has been received at the other warehouse, the quantity in transit is decreased. After being confirmed in the issuing warehouse, you can receive the items in the destination warehouse.

Company Owned Inventory In Transit

The total company owned inventory in transit of the item for the current warehouse. In-transit inventory is inventory listed on transfer orders that is issued from the ship-from warehouses but that is not yet received in the current warehouse.

Project Cost Peg Transfer Allocated

The project cost pegged inventory quantity of the from-projects. This quantity is expressed in the inventory unit.

Project Cost Peg Transfer On Order

The project cost pegged inventory quantity of the to-projects. This quantity is expressed in the inventory unit.

Borrowed

The quantity of the borrowed inventory expressed in the inventory unit.

Loaned

The quantity of the inventory loaned to another peg expressed in the inventory unit.

Inventory Excess On Hand

The on-hand excess inventory.

The gains for the pegged inventory.

The loses for the pegged inventory.

Last Gain / Loss Date

The date on which the gains or losses for the pegged inventory were realized.

Inventory Committed

The inventory that is committed.

Inventory Committed in Process

That part of the committed inventory for which at least one the following applies:

  • An outbound advice exists for (a part of) the committed quantity.
  • (A part of) the committed quantity is blocked for outbound inspection. This quantity need not to be equal to the Blocked inventory in the current session, because this is the item's total blocked quantity in the warehouse.
Note: The quantity that is Inventory Committed in Process cannot be more than the Committed quantity.
