Complete Work Order Activity (tswcs2240m100)

Use this session to set the status of the work order activity lines to Completed.

This session can be accessed using the Completeoption from the Actions menu in the Work Order Activities (tswcs2110m000) or the Service Engineer Assignments (tssoc2505m000) session.
Note: You can access this session only if the Activity Status field is set to Released in the Work Order Activities (tswcs2110m000) or Work Order Activities (tswcs2110m000) session.

Field Information

Work Order
The code of the work order. The status of the activity line linked to this work order is set to Completed.
Status

The status of the work order.

Allowed values

Planned
Released
Completed
Signed-Off
Closed
Canceled
Free
Activity Line
The sequence number of work order activity line. The status of this activity line is set to Completed.
Item
Item
The code of the item is linked to the work order activity.
Serial Number
The serial number of an item.
Planned Quantity
The number of items planned for the work order.
Completed
Actual Quantity
The actual number of items maintained for the work order activity. The actual quantity cannot exceed the planned quantity.
Copy Estimates to Actuals
If this check box is selected, the quantity for other cost lines and material lines with Material Delivery Type From Service Inventory is set to the Actual Quantity field.
Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if actual quantities are not specified for the work order requirement lines.
  • This check box is selected by default when other cost lines or material lines exist for which no actual quantity is defined.
Sign-Off
If this check box is selected, application sets the Status of the work order activity line to Signed-Off when the work order activity status is set to Completed.
Note: This check box is displayed only if the Automatically Sign-off Work Order Activity check box is cleared in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
Open Inspections
Action for Free Inspections

The action specified for the work order activities inspections with Order Status set to Free.

Allowed values

Set to Not Measured
The status of all open inspections that are linked to the work order activity is set to not measured.
Delete
All open inspections that are linked to the work order activity are deleted.
Do not Sign-Off
A work order activity with open inspections is not signed off.
Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the Use Inspections check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
  • This field is enabled only if the Sign-Off check box is selected.
Work Order
Complete Work Order
If this check box is selected, the work order Status is set to Completed.
Note: This check box is displayed only if the status of all activity lines are set to Completed and an electronic signature is not required.
Work Order Actual Quantity
The actual quantity of the work order that is repaired or maintained.
Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if the Complete Work Order check box is selected.
  • This quantity must be less than or equal to the Planned Quantity.
  • This field is displayed only if activity lines status is set to Completed and an electronic signature is not required.
Serial Status

The status of the maintained serialized item.

Allowed values

Startup

The serialized item is in the startup stage.

Superseded

The serialized item of a PBS is superseded by a new item.

Active

The serialized item is active.

Revision

The serialized item is in the revision stage.

Defective

The serialized item is defective.

Working Condition

The serialized item is in working condition.

To be Recycled

The serialized item is ready to be recycled.

Removed

The serialized item is removed.

Not Applicable
Create Follow-up Work Order for Remaining Quantity
If this check box is selected, a work order is created for the item with the remaining quantity. The remaining quantity is the difference between the original planned and actual quantity.
Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the maintained item is not serial controlled.
  • This field is enabled only if the Complete Work Order check box is selected.
Close Work Order
If this check box is selected, the work order status is set to Closed when all the related activities status is set to Closed.
Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the Automatically Sign-off Work Order Activity check box is selected in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
  • This field is enabled only if the Complete Work Order and the Sign-Off check boxes are selected.
Ignore Unapproved Subcontracted Purchase Orders
If this check box is selected, the unapproved subcontracted purchase orders invoice lines are ignored.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Close Work Order check box is selected.
Close Physical Breakdown Changes
If this check box is selected, the Status of Parent Item in the Physical Breakdown Changes (tscfg2140m000) session is set to Closed.
Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if:
    • The Physical Breakdown Changes check box is selected in the Configuration Management Parameters (tscfg0100m000) session.
    • The Automatically Close Work Order check box is cleared in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
  • This field is enabled only if the Close Work Order check box is selected.
