Sign-Off Work Order Activities (tswcs2210m100)

Use this session to sign off multiple work order activities simultaneously. This session enables you to define selection ranges, set sign-off options, and print process-related reports. The session streamlines the signing-off process by applying consistent actions across several activities at once.

Note: 
  • The Sign-off option is enabled only if the work order Status is set to Completed.
  • You can sign off the work order activity only if the Problem / Solution Handling field is set to a value other than Block in the Service Types (tsmdm0130m000) session.

Field Information

Selection Range
Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of work order activities that must be signed off.
Options for Sign-Off
Ignore Empty Problem or Solution
If this check box is selected, the work order activity is signed off even if a value is not specified in the Actual Problem and Actual Solution fields in the Call (tsclm1100m000) session.
Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if the Use Diagnostics check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
  • You can ignore the empty problem or solution:
    • If the work order does not originate from a call.
    • If the current work order is not linked to any transfer work order for another department.
    • If the Problem / Solution Handling field is set to Warning in the Service Types (tsmdm0130m000) session.
Sign-Off Work Order
If this check box is selected, the system automatically updates the work order Status to Signed off after all related activities are signed off.
Options for Closing
Close Work Order
If this check box is selected, the work order Status is updated to Closed after all related activities are closed.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Automatically Close Work Ordercheck box is selected in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
Ignore Unapproved Subcontracted Purchase Orders
If this check box is selected, the work order activity is signed off even if a linked subcontracted purchase order exists with payable receipts that have the Invoicing Status field set to a value other than Fully Approved.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Automatically Close Work Order check box is selected in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
Close Open Physical Breakdown Changes
If this check box is selected, the application changes the status of the physical breakdown changes linked to the work order from Free to Closed in the Physical Breakdown Changes (tscfg2140m000) session.
Open Inspections
Action for Free Inspections

Allowed values

Set to Not Measured
The status of all open inspections that are linked to the work order activity is set to not measured.
Delete
All open inspections that are linked to the work order activity are deleted.
Do not Sign-Off
A work order activity with open inspections is not signed off.
Reports
Process Report
If this check box is selected, a report is generated when the sign off process is completed successfully.
Error Report
If this check box is selected, a report is generated with the list of errors when the sign-off process is not completed successfully.
Information Report
If this check box is selected, a report is generated with error or information messages related to each activity line, including actions taken for problem/solution handling, inspections, subcontracted purchase orders, and physical breakdown changes.
