Rental Actual Usage (tstdm4501m000)
Use this session to view and maintain the actual usage for rental lines.
Note:
- You can modify the data in this session only if:
- The rental lines are not costed.
- The related cost line status is set to Free.
- For the cost lines of the typeMaterial, the Delivery Type field must be set to From Rental Fleet or From Service Inventory.
- You can use the option from the menu to set the usage of the selected non-final lines to final. If lines are selected, this option supports NCRS. If the lines are not selected, the usage of all the cost lines is finalized.
- You can use the option from the menu to revert the usage of selected finalized lines to non-final. If lines are selected, this option supports NCRS.
- These options are displayed only if the Use Rental Agreement Terms check box is selected in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session.

- The actual quantity of the item available in the inventory.

- The unit in which the Actual Quantity is expressed.

- The total cost amount based on the linked COS records.

If this check box is selected, the actual usage line represents the final usage entry for the related cost line.
If this check box is cleared, you can register additional usage for the selected cost line.
Note: This check box is displayed only if the Use Rental Agreement Terms check box is selected in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session. - Actual Resource Date
