Close Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1200m000)
Use this session to close maintenance sales orders and post the order data to the history tables. Only orders that have a Costed or Canceled status can be processed for closure.
Note: If you do not want to remove closed orders from the Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) session yet, clear the Copy Closed Orders to History check box. You can then still remove the closed orders later on by using this session, and selecting the Copy Closed Orders to History check box.
Selection Range
Select the ranges for which the maintenance sales orders must be closed and/or moved to history.

- Delete Maintenance Sales Orders

If this check box is selected, the maintenance sales orders are deleted and posted to history.
- Copy Closed Orders to History

If this check box is selected, the selected orders will be closed, posted to history, and also be removed from the Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) session.
If this check box is cleared, the orders will be closed and posted to history.
Note: The field is displayed only when the Maintenance Sales Order History checkbox is selected in the Maintenance Sales Control Parameters (tsmsc0100m000) session. - Close Physical Breakdown Changes

If this check box is selected, the application closes the processed physical breakdown changes linked to the sales order.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Automatically Update from Maintenance Sales check box is selected in the Configuration Management Parameters (tscfg0100m000) session.
