Customer Claim - Lines - Synchronization (tscmm0280m000)
Use this session to synchronize the customer claim lines data with the customer claim header data when the header data is modified. The application invokes this session when the customer claim header data is modified for fields that are also present on the lines.
- This session can only be accessed using the Claim – Lines – Synchronization option from the menu in the Customer Claim (tscmm1600m000) session. This option is enabled only if the Status of the claim is set to Free or Planned.
- The application invokes this session when the customer claim header data is modified in the Customer Claim (tscmm1600m000) session, and the Interactive option is selected while saving the data.
The application selects the Changed check boxes to indicate that the corresponding data is modified on the header.
The application selects the Synchronize check boxes for the fields that are modified on the header. You can clear these check boxes if data synchronization is not required.
You can also view the reason code for modifying the value in the Change Reason field. This field is enabled only if the Synchronize check box is selected for Project, Element or Activity field.
