Production Schedules (tirpt1100s000)
Use this session to display the order data and the data of the RPT order's bottleneck work center. An order can originate from the following modules:
- SIC
- RRP
- JSC
In the appropriate menu, you can determine which action you want to perform on the order:
Field Information
- Item Schedule

The code of the production schedule as linked to the item in the Item - Production (tiipd0101m000) session.
- Period Table

The code of the period table.
Note: The period code is defined in the Calendars and Periods module. - Sched. Area Schedule

The code of the scheduling area in the Scheduling Areas (tirpt0103m000) session.
- Start Date

The start date of the period in which the order delivery dates fall.
- Start Date

The start date of the period in which the order delivery dates fall.
- End Date

The end date of the period in which the order delivery dates fall.
- End Date

The end date of the period in which the order delivery dates fall.
- Order Type

The order type specifies the module in which the order originated or the module in which the order is currently available.
A number of order types are valid for each production schedule.
Allowed values
- RRP

An order that originates from the Enterprise Planning package.
- SIC

An order that originates from the Warehousing package.
- JSC

An order that originates from the Job Shop Control module.
- Order Number

The order number of the JSC order.
- Order Status
-
The order status specifies the production phase the order is in.
Allowed values
- Planned

All production order data can still be changed.
- Order Documents Printed

The documents that accompany the production order are printed.
- Released
-
The production order is released for production.
- Active
-
Work on the production order has started.
- To be Completed

The order is reported with the Completed status.
- Completed

The order is reported with the Completed status and all completed products are delivered to inventory.
- Delivery Date

The delivery date of the order.
This date equals the finish date of the order from which the order originates.
- Quantity Ordered

The order quantity that must be produced. The estimates of materials and hours are based on this order quantity.
- Quantity Delivered

The quantity of goods sent to inventory from production.
- Quantity Scrapped

The quantity of items that were scrapped in production.
- Schedule Area
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Item

The repetitive item for which the production schedule is valid.
Note: The item must be defined in the Item - Production (tiipd0101m000) session, where you must select the Job Shop Production Schedules check box. - Routing

Based on the data that pertains to the routing code, LN determines the bottleneck work center, which is displayed in this field.
