Purge and Renumber Sequences (tiasl4201m000)
Use this session to remove assembly orders for a range of assembly lines from the line sequence. If an assembly order is purged from the line sequence, actual sequences are no longer present for the assembly order.
- If an assembly order is purged from the line sequence, the assembly order can no longer have actual sequences present. All segments of the roll-off line and supply lines are also purged.
- Positions that have an Assembly Order can only be purged from the line sequence, if these conditions are met:
- The Planned Offline Date specified in the Assembly Orders (tiasc2502m000) session must fall before the specified Up To Date.
- For all segments of the order roll-off line, all orders in positions preceding the order’s position must have a Sequence Status of Completed.
- Additionally, these orders must be completed in the final segment, and the segment must not include any incomplete orders from previous positions.
Field Information
- Roll-off Line
-
Select the roll-off lines from which the assembly order must be purged. Orders that are purged will automatically be purged from all supply lines.
Note: A supply line may be a roll-off line (e.g. for spare parts). To purge these (spare part) orders, their roll-off line must be selected. - Upto Date
-
The offline date of the assembly order. Only positions with the planned end time on the last segment of the roll-off line before this date are purged.
Note:-
If a position has an assembly order, its planned end time equals that of the planned offline date of the order.
-
Positions are only purged if all other conditions were met.
-
- Renumber
-
If this check box is selected, ERP renumbers the sequence positions that cannot be purged.
