Use this session to update business partner statistics.
The following data is updated:
- Outstanding amounts
- Average days outstanding
- Amount paid
- Average payment period
- Average number of days overdue
- Payment differences
- Tolerated discount amount
- Actual discount amount
- Deductable late payment surcharges
- Actual late payment surcharges

The From and To fields define a range of: pay-to business partner for which you generate business-partner statistics.

- Calculate Average Payment Period Summary

If this check box is selected, the application calculates the average payment summary for the pay-to business partner based on the data specified in the Average Payment Period Summary (tfcmg3509m000) session.
- Start Year

Enter the year from which you want to calculate the business-partner statistics.
For example, if the current year is 2010 and you enter 2009, LN calculates the business partner statistics from 1 January 2009 up to the current date.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Calculate Average Payment Period Summary check box is cleared. - Payment Period

The From and To fields define a range of: years for which payments made to the pay-to business partner are included in the calculation of statistics.

- Remove Old Statistics by Business Partner

If this check box is selected, LN first removes the statistics data of years earlier than the start year.
For example, if the current year is 2010 and the start year is also 2010, LN removes the statistics generated earlier than 2010 and recalculates the business partner statistics from 1 January 2010 up to the current date
If this check box is cleared, LN recalculates and updates the business partners statistics for the start year.
