Receivables Bad Debt Relief (tfacr2514m000)
Use this session to select the invoices for bad debt relief.
- For debtors: If the unpaid purchase invoices that are overdue by more than 90 days exist for a company and VAT is already deducted on these invoices, the company is required to adjust the related VAT declaration by the amount of tax related to the unpaid invoices.
- For creditors: If the unpaid sales invoices that are overdue by more than 90 days exist for a company and the paid VAT already exists on these invoices, the company is required to adjust the VAT declaration by the amount of tax related to the unpaid invoices.

The range 6 – 7 selects invoices for which the document date is on or after February 1, and on or before March 31.
