Sales Contract Defaults (tdsls0131m000)

Use this session to view and maintain default values for sales contracts, for a combination of these values:
  • Sold-to Business Partner
  • Ship-to Business Partner
  • Business Partner Set
  • Sales Office Logistic Company
  • Sales Office
The values specified in this session are used as the default values in the Sales Contract Lines (tdsls3501m000) session and Sales Contract Line Logistic Data (tdsls3102m000). These values are defaulted based on the values specified when creating a sales contract for a combination of sold-to business partner, ship-to business partner, business partner set, sales office logistic company, or sales office.
You must specify the Effective Date and Expiry Date to indicate the duration for which the default values are valid. The application defaults the current date and time in the Effective Date field. To activate the default values for the defined combination, you must select the Activate option from the Actions menu.
Note: 
  • This session is displayed only if the Contracts check box is selected in the Sales Parameters (tdsls0100s000) session.
  • You can modify the values in this session only if the Active check box is cleared.
  • The Sold-to Business Partner can be specified only if the Business Partner Set is not specified. If a Sold-to Business Partner is not specified, the defaults are applicable to all sold-to business partners. If a Ship-to Business Partner is not specified, the defaults are applicable to all ship-to business partners. If a Sales Office is not specified, the defaults are applicable to all Sales Offices.
