Sales contract defaults
The Sales Contract Defaults (tdsls0131m000) session is used to define the default values for sales contract lines and sales contract lines logistic data. Defining the default values helps to automatically populate the frequently used values and reduce the manual effort when creating a new sales contract or when an existing contract data is modified. The values are defaulted based on the combination of these values:
- Sold-to Business Partner
- Ship-to Business Partner
- Business Partner Set
- Sales Office Logistic Company
- Sales Office
Note:
- You can use the option from the menu to activate the sales contract default. The application considers the data defined for combination only when you activate the data. You cannot modify the values when a sales contract default is active.
- You can use the option from the menu to deactivate the sales contract default. You can modify or delete an existing setup only after deactivation. This allows you to make changes without affecting the ongoing contract processes.
- The application checks the effectivity period for a combination of the same Sold-to Business Partner, Business Partner Set, or Sales Office fields before activating a sales contract default for a combination.
