Profitability (plaps8851m100)

Use this session to view the enhanced cash flow and the profitability analysis. You can evaluate the planned cash inflows and the cash outflows across the operational sites.

The data in the Graph and Grid section is displayed based on:

The site(s) selected in the header section.
The default settings defined in the Profitability Options (plaps0199m000) session. You can also set the default color for the entities displayed in the Graph.

Profitability Graph

This section consists of a Graph with plotting area. The Bar Graph consists of two axes:

The horizontal axis indicates the revenue and expenses.
The vertical axis indicates the time period.

Each bar plotted on the Graph represents the expenses that occurred for sites during the selected time period. The height of the bar indicates the expenses or revenue occurred for a time period.

Note: You can right-click the chart and select a different time period. Allowed values:

Day
Week
Month
Year

You can also hover over a bar in the graph to view the cumulative balance for a time period.

You can view these details by hovering over a bar:

Operating Expenses: The expense occurred for operating a site.
Purchasing Expenses: The expense occurred for purchasing.
Total Expenses: The total expense occurred for a specific time period.
Total Expense = Operating Expenses + Purchasing Expenses

Profitabilty Grid

This section comprises of a Grid where sites with forecasted revenue, revenue and expense are displayed. You can customize the columns displayed in the Grid.

Note: You can use the Export to Excel option to export the data in an excel format.
