KPI Metrics (plsch8000m100)

Use this session to view the KPI metrics that can be used to analyze the resource utilization across machines, employees, and tools. Charts and visual indicators display the used versus the available capacity, along with the utilization percentages, helping planners to understand the workload balance and the capacity usage. The Resource Distribution view can be used to detect the workload imbalances that can lead to inefficiencies or delays. Insights from the Scheduler Monitor help planners validate schedules, assess feasibility, and take corrective actions such as rebalancing workloads or rescheduling. This leads to optimized resource allocation and improved production efficiency.

The Scheduler Monitor provides a centralized, high-level view of the most recent scheduling engine run. KPIs and utilization data is consolidated using exception indicators and visual charts to highlight risks and constraints and displayed in the Scheduler Monitor.
