Managing files based on the owning project
Files can be stored based on the owning project of each PLM Document. This ensures easy tracking of files across projects.
To enable this functionality:
- Select the Use Work Area for Projects check box in the Implemented PLM Software Components (pdadm0110m000) session.
Note: If this check box is cleared, the file is stored in the area linked to the user profile when registering a new file or duplicating a file.
- Specify the work area in the PLM Project (pdadm3600m000) session.
