- The document link associated with the compliance.

- The user who creates the compliance data.

- The date and time when the compliance data is created.
- Updated By
- The user who updates the compliance data.
- Updated On
- The date and time when the compliance data is updated.
- Text
- Indicates if text linked to the compliance is present.
