Hours

From the menu you can start the Hours overview. This view displays all the registered hours on service orders and all the registered general hours by week.

In the header of the Hours screen the total number of booked hours and the employment hours are displayed. All the hours already registered for that week and the totals for each day of the week, are also visible.

It is possible to add General Hours by clicking on the plus sign.

You can edit General Hours and Service Order Hours by selecting Edit option from the bottom bar (Windows) or context menu (Android/iOS).

You can copy General Hours and Service Order Hours by selecting Copy option from the bottom bar (Windows) or context menu (Android/iOS). The Copy Hours screen is displayed. Setting the Copy Selection allows for copying the selected hours or for copying the whole day to which the selected hours belong. The hours that will be copied are displayed in the ‘Hours to be copied’ box. Note that Service Order Hours are not copied if they are booked for a visit that has been finalized. Set the Copy to – Start Date and Copy to – End Date to indicate to which day(s) the hours must be copied. Click/Tap OK to copy the hours.

Note: 
  • In the Settings – Hours view, you can specify the number of weeks in the past and the number of weeks in the future for which you would like to view the hours.
  • Editing Service Order Hours from the Hours screen is only available when Mobile Service integrates with LN CE.
  • The option to copy Hours is only available when Mobile Service integrates with LN CE.
  • The Hours functionality can be (de)activated in Mobile Service by (un)selecting the Show Hours option in the Service User Templates (tsmdm1660m000) session (LN 10.6 and higher).
