Resource Capacity Calculations by Period (cprpd2504m000)
Use this session to view the resource capacity calculations per day. You can also view the available capacity, released capacity, free capacity, backlog and so on to compare the data.
Field Information
- Scenario
- The code of the scenario.
- Run
- The unique number to identify each run for calculating the resource capacity.
- Date
- The date range based on which the capacity is calculated. The value defaults from the Scenario Start Date and Scenario Finish Date specified in the Scenarios (cprpd4600m000) session.
- Run Finish Date
- The date and time when the resource capacity calculation is completed.
- Run by
- The user who generates the report.
- Run Completed
- Indicates if the resource capacity calculation is completed successfully.
- Planning Cluster
- The planning cluster for which the resources are defined.
- Resource Type

The type of resource that is defined.

- The code of the production site to which the resource belongs.

- The code of the work center. You must specify the work center if the resource type is set to Work Center, Work Cell, Work Cell Machine or Machine Capacity Group.
- Machine Type
- The machine type. You must specify the machine type, if the resource type is set to Machine Capacity Group.
- Buy-from Business Partner
- The code of the supplier (buy-from business partner) or subcontractor.
- Subcontractor Site
- The code of the subcontractor site.
- Reference Operation
- The code of the reference operation.
- Item
- The code of the item.
- Ship-from Business Partner
- Period Start Date
- The date and time of start of the day.
- Period Finish Date
- The date and time of end of the day.
- Resource Capacity Type

The type of capacity that applies to the resource.

- Indicates if the selected resource is critical to planning.
- Available Capacity
- The available capacity of the resource expressed in hours.
- Released Capacity
- The total hours required by actual orders that are on the production floor.
- Created Capacity
- The total hours required by actual orders that are not yet released.
- Planned Capacity
- The total hours required by planned orders.
- Free Capacity
- The total hours that are not yet allocated.
- Backlog
- The backlog of the resource expressed in hours.
